Chocolate Rush Girl

Here is my niece from last summer as we went to this fab little ice cream booth on the side of the road and she wanted nothing but chocolate and this time the girl gave her heated fudge and she was so excited - I didn't even know you could heat this stuff up she said - here she is all chocolatie and loving every bite!

Finally

I finally had a few minutes to create a few layouts. I actually didn't go to spinning class for once so this is definitely a good excuse to miss class! This was a layout of my father with his 2nd Grand-daughter Sara at her Christening.

Here is a two page layout of my niece at church. As you can see the 1st picture is lovely, then the smile seems to disappear and starts to turn ugly - take the picture already! I used Prima flowers and some awesome chipboard from the stash!

Happy Olivia

Here is my lovely God Daughter again Olivia - under the broadwalk in Seaside New Jersey last year. We walked the entire beach to go under here and you can only go so far no longer a pass through. What an adventure!

Kate and Me

Here is another simple layout of my stash and Prima Flowers from last years line, chip board hearts and ribbon from Chick n Feed. I actually in 6 years finally scrapped a pic of myself. This is my niece Kate - or my 'mini me' I'm told and me at my other niece's Sara's christening.

This was a simple layout that I put together in no time - easy. I used what I consider my left overs in the stock this weekend - trying to use up the old before the new arrives!

Where Have I Been?

OK - so I didn't realize I haven't posted since prior to Christmas / Holidays !! YIKES!!! I know I have a lot of scrapping to do but I didn't realize it's been a month since my last post. I guess this weekend will be a busy scrappy weekend. I do have some digital files / pics I can upload to share which are so much faster than the paper scrapping but I still love my paper scrapping more!

CHA is coming soon I can't wait to see what the new lines for 2012 will be? I hope last years shabby sheek style is replaced with bright and fun colors!!!

Been busy lately...

I've been a bit under the weather lately and haven't been in the mood to scrapbook in a while - as you can tell from my last post being in August! I've got a ton of work to do for sure! I started with these Halloween candy or pencil holders I created for my co-worker's son's class. I began with a manilla folder and cut the folder down to 4 inches and then cut it again to 2 inches wide - as you can see some are shorter than others as the paper cutter at work doesn't work like the one I have at home!!! I used my Quick Quotes Chalk Inks, stamps I found at AC Moore in the dollar bin!
