I've been a bit under the weather lately and haven't been in the mood to scrapbook in a while - as you can tell from my last post being in August! I've got a ton of work to do for sure! I started with these Halloween candy or pencil holders I created for my co-worker's son's class. I began with a manilla folder and cut the folder down to 4 inches and then cut it again to 2 inches wide - as you can see some are shorter than others as the paper cutter at work doesn't work like the one I have at home!!! I used my Quick Quotes Chalk Inks, stamps I found at AC Moore in the dollar bin!

My God Daughter Olivia enjoying the piers. She wanted to go under the pier so I walked all the way over there and you can only go so far - so she said take my picture to show everybody I was hanging out with the cool kids! FYI - we were the only ones under the pier.

Here is a quick layout I made last night with my Aunt Dotty and my wonderful cousin Tori at my birthday party - they look like they are up to no good - both of them right! I used new Prima flowers, glitter chipboard letters, AC Paper, Crate paper. I shredded some of the edges and folded, rolled and inked the ripped edges and cut out one of the flowers from the paper.

My father's dog Fiona.. What a character. This was her getting up on my lap outside because she wanted to be included in the conversation as always! Such a girl! In this layout I used Crate Paper, Prima flowers, random left over chipboard letters (I really need to start using my circuit more!) and Basic Grey buttons.

I took a class with Invild Bolme from Prima Marketing and this was the layout we created. She has some awesome tools coming out in September I highly recommend and can't wait to get my hands on them again! I haven't added a picture yet because I want one with my two beautiful niece's but I don't have one printed out yet.

My lovely niece fell asleep on the couch while watching the Wizard of Oz so our Attack Dog stayed right by her side. We went to pick her up to bring her to bed and the dog started growling - something she never does - it was amazing - she really never even barks so I had to take this picture! I used Two Chicks ribbon, random star brads, American Crafts fabric chipboard.

Here is a quick layout I put together last night for the two mudd kidz in the family. Mudd happens often in our family when riding quads or just playing in the mudd. I used a few scraps of paper left over from other projects and I also created a quick flower, some gellies and Bella Blvd alpha letters.

Here is my neice when she was beginning to walk / crawl - she was taking off then someone said '..and where are you going missy?" and she made the best laugh ever - like getting busted! In this layout I used Bella Blvd camped out letters, random scraps of papers for the squares - as I hate to throw out even scraps! I also did faux stitching on this as well!

This was the new tricycle she received as a birthday present. Here is she at Grandpa's house riding in the driveway eating her ice cream. In this layout I tried something new - I took my used dryer sheets and cut them in different circle sizes, then sprayed them with color mist and then added the stickles to the edges - really easy and fun, Prima Flowers, Crate paper chipboard, Bazzil in stiches.

Here is Kate again in her 1st Halloween costume - a cute chick! In this layout I used Pink Paislee Trellis Bayberry collection paper, Basic Grey Color Me Silly paper and tag, various chipboard letters (being scrappy here). My 3D flower was not a complete circle if you look really close, I meant to do this!!

I think this was last year when my niece decided that she wanted to drive my car to her Florida vacation. We were patiently waiting for my mother to get out of physical therapy and switched seats while my father was the passenger. She was hilarious and tried to beep the horn! In this layout I used Pink Paislee House of 3 Soiree Music paper, Quick Quotes By the Bay papers, DCWV solid paper, Pebbles Glitter Flower Brads (in the center of the round flowers) and the little flowers on the top of the paper are made with Japanese Origami paper I purchased while on vacation in Japan.

Here is a quick card I made for a co-worker who is not doing so great at the moment and it's a guy so I didn't want to get too girly with my colors! Most of the paper is scraps that I had left over from other projects - that's being 100% scrappy!

So this is an old picture of my niece when Grandpa gave her her first quad - Dora quad that is! I think she was maybe almost 2 in this picture and could only go straight but she had such a blast laughing and driving and ooh and laughing so much! This layout I used more scraps I had left over from previous projects.

Here is my mother and her sister enjoying a day sitting in the driveway watching the baby ducks (not pictured but they are at their feet) I used all my scraps that I had left over from other layouts. I never know what to do with these little pieces of paper but here is a layout that is easy and simple and looks great!
