There's Magic in the Air Challenge

I entered the Monday Challenge at There's Magic in the Air this week. I used a triangle tag from Basic Grey Color Me Silly paper pack, a Love brad, ribbon, misc flowers, stitching was a bit off since it's my first time. I used the handheld sewing machine SewQuick by Singer. It's great but for my first time you can definitely see I need practice.

Ok so I tend to favor the girly or fem cards and projects because yes there really are no men in my life that would accept these types of creations!!! So I decided to do a few 'manly' cards!! Very simple card no flash or pzazz, just like a man, and it really gets the message across!

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge

I entered the challenge at The Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge and then realized I think I am supposed to have a digital included! I didn't OOPS! Besides, what women doesn't like shoes!!!! I used a Maya Road Shoe and colored it with a Prisma Marker and Martha Stewart glitter.

Valentine's Day Cards

I can't believe that I got these done in one day! I was finished and then realized that I had forgot 3 people! That's would not go over well in the same household!!!

I purchased a digital stamp from The Greeting Farm this morning and went to town to finish these cards. I used Prisma Color markers and color blender for the digi stamp, DCWV solid paper and DCWV Nana's Kids paper, ribbon, stamp for Happy Valentine's day is from AC Moore, the ribbon is from American Crafts and used brown ink for the edges. The inside is where I put a poem by Joanna Fuchs.

Pop Up Desk Card!

Template is from Hands, Head & Heart, Dew Drops, Pretty Flowers from Around the Block paper. I put some books on the desk to make it more appropriate for the 'student' it will be going to for inspiration to study more!

New Year's Eve Cards

I started following a new blog The Greeting Farm blog and downloaded the free Toby New Year digital item and made these cards for my family. I used Die Cuts with a View solid paper, the striped paper is Basic Grey Color Me Silly different color ribbon and Prisma color pencils using Sansador to blend in the colors and of course my favorite invention yet Stickles.

Thank You Cards!

Well I had a surprise birthday party that I really wasn't expecting but it was so much fun and filled with laughs and tears from the laughter! I had such a good time! I love my family! So here are some thank you cards I made using Hero Arts stamps, black ribbon and white glitter flakes! I choice a funky blue paper and green, I really liked doing something simple and yet the glitter flakes makes it snazzy. These were 3x12 cards, black ribbon and so cute!
